My natural hair journey may look a lot different if it was not for some of the natural hair tools I’m going to be sharing in this post.
Suprisely, the natural hair tools you use are just as important as a natural hair regimen.
Natural hair tools not only make doing your natural hair easier, but they also help retain length, and moisture to your strands.
After 4 years, have tried many hair tools, but the natural hair tools I will be sharing with you are my favorite natural hair tools to use on my fro.

FIVE NATURAL HAIR TOOLS
Thermal Heating Cap
No more sitting under a hooded dryer when deep conditioning.
The functionality of a thermal heating cap makes it easier to deep condition your strands without requiring you to be stationary.
With a thermal cap, all you have to do is pop it in the microwave for a minute and put it on your head.
Flaxseeds can hold heat for a long period of time and thus the flaxseeds in this cap allow you to get a good 15- 20-minutes deep conditioning session in.
Another plus about these caps is the longevity. A well-made cap can last you well over a year. I have had my cap for over 2 years.
My only con about this product is that the heat only lasts for about 20 minutes. For someone, who likes to deep conditioner longer than that you will have to pop it back in the microwave whenever all the heat is released.
Here are a few websites where you can purchase one of these caps:
Raise your hand if you’re still guilty of using regular scrunchies, me.
Recently, I decided to purchase some satin scrunchies because I was tired of seeing my hair strands wrapped around regular scrunchies.
Since switching over to satin scrunchies I have experienced significantly less breakage than I was experiencing before.
Overnight these satin scrunchies have stop unnecessary breakage I was experiencing with regular scrunchies.
If you like to rock a puff I highly recommend trying Snappees.
Easily pull your hair up in a puff. I personally have not had the opportunity to try these but they are on my list. But check out this great video from a person I love to watch on her thoughts.
Detangling brushes are nothing new.
However, naturals are no longer confined to only using a Denman brush to help detangle their tresses.
The only difficult decision is decided which detangling brush works best for your natural tresses.
Continuous Spray Mist Bottle
It is hard to imagine that spray bottles could get any better.
However, that is exactly what happened when these continuous spray mist bottles hit the market.
After watching a few of my favorite natural hair youtubers use these types of spray bottles, I finally caved and brought myself one.
The continuous spray gives you an even spray without drenching your strands. You can purchase a continuous spray bottle from Amazon,
